Ten working days from the moment you choose a colour. It is cut, stitched and dyed after you order, not before.

Yes, until it goes into the bath. We write to you the day before dyeing to confirm.

To 38 countries, insured and signed for. Duties are included for the EU, UK, US and Japan.

No. Nothing is made in advance, so there is no stock to clear.

Send it back within 30 days, unused, and we refund you in full. We re-dye it for someone else.
