In every room

01 · Fittings

Forty minutes, one satchel, your colour.

Book a fitting in any room and we set out all six baths as leather swatches, adjust the strap to you and take your order. Nothing is charged until it is dyed.

02 · Dye-to-order bar

Watch your colour go on.

In Milan the bath is in the room. Bring your satchel back after a year and have it dyed again while you have coffee downstairs.

03 · Repairs

Every room takes repairs.

Leave it with us and it goes back to Fermo on the Friday van. Most repairs are back in the room within three weeks.

FAQ

Visiting a room

Only in Fermo. The other four rooms are open without one, but a fitting is quieter if you book.

Yes, from any of the five. Choose the room at checkout and we message you when it arrives.

Tuesday to Saturday, by appointment, groups of up to four. Visits take about an hour.
